Personal Strategy System and Founder Strategy System have a 30 day refund window. API terms are handled by scope, usage, or written agreement.
Policy
Personal Strategy System is covered by a 30 day refund window. The one time Personal Strategy System build is $1,499 USD one time. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase and explain what is not working. We may first offer a reasonable fix or clarification.
Founder Strategy System is covered by a 30 day refund window. The one time Founder Strategy System build is $3,800 USD one time. If the work does not match the promised scope, email us within 30 days and we will review the issue, offer a fix where reasonable, or process the refund.
Monthly Strategy Review is $49/mo for Personal Strategy System and $149/mo for Founder Strategy System. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Completed monthly review work is generally not refunded after the cycle has been delivered.
API subscriptions, preview runs, full strategy runs, overage usage, and production access are generally not refundable once access or usage has been provided. Custom API terms may be handled in writing.
