What we collect

The free Requirements Discovery Cost Calculator runs in your browser and does not require an email. If you choose to email yourself a copy, Aimspace receives the email address and calculator result.

The Try Live Demo keeps your conversation in the active browser session and sends your answers to Aimspace servers and the AI model to run the interview. Aimspace temporarily stores encrypted preview responses and limited operational records to recover interrupted requests and limit abuse. If you ask to email your preview, Aimspace receives the destination address and uses the signed preview with your saved corrections to prepare the email.

For a paid Sprint, information may include participant names and work emails, role identifiers, private AI discovery transcripts, partner-supplied meeting transcripts, uploaded project documents, structured requirements evidence, stakeholder confirmation records, Partner Review comments, and delivery records.

How we use it

We use the information to assess fit and run the agreed requirements discovery. Evidence may come from AI discovery interviews, meeting transcripts, project documents, or any combination. We analyze selected evidence, identify requirements, gaps, and conflicts, prepare the requirements for one Partner Review, and deliver the final files only to the purchasing implementation firm, without Aimspace branding by default. Where AI interviews are used, we operate the private conversations and record participant confirmation of discovery recaps.

Implementation partner and End User Company roles

The implementation partner is responsible for confirming that it may engage Aimspace, share End User Company information, invite stakeholders, and manage client communication. Aimspace uses End User Company information only for the agreed engagement and does not market unrelated services to that company.

White-label notices

Stakeholder interviews use neutral presentation and identify the AI interviewer. White-label delivery does not remove underlying privacy, security, contractual, or AI-transparency duties. Aimspace is identified where a notice, contract, security process, or law requires it.

Access and service providers

Private discovery links and participant sessions are intended only for authorized users. Aimspace may use service providers needed to host the application, store information, send email, support AI-guided elicitation, and deliver files. We do not sell personal information.

Information accepted

The standard service is designed for ordinary confidential business and project information, including workflows, requirements, business rules, role information, redacted documents, data definitions, risks, and constraints.

Information not accepted

Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, production credentials, classified information, protected health records, payment-card information, government identifiers, unredacted identity documents, production customer datasets, or other highly sensitive or specially regulated information unless separate controls are agreed in writing.

Security approach

Aimspace uses minimum-necessary collection, private links, restricted access, multi-factor authentication where available, encrypted devices, and documented retention and deletion practices. No website or online service can guarantee absolute security.

Raw evidence

Unless a different written term applies, Aimspace intends to delete raw AI-interview responses, uploaded meeting transcripts, and uploaded project files 90 days after final delivery.

Final deliverables

Final deliverables and change records may be retained for up to 12 months to support the engagement, unless Requirements Continuity is active, a different period is agreed, or legal duties require otherwise.

Partner requests

The partner or another authorized contact may ask what information Aimspace holds, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to legal, contractual, operational, and evidence-retention duties.
