Collect stakeholder evidence without scheduling fifteen separate discovery meetings.
Aimspace prepares private partner-branded structured online interviews, reviews every response, follows up where needed, and converts the evidence into a traceable requirements package.
Definition
Asynchronous stakeholder interviews are a controlled discovery method, not a generic survey.
For implementation teams that need wider stakeholder coverage without a calendar bottleneck.
The method is useful when essential knowledge is distributed across users, managers, process owners, data owners, technical leads, governance roles, and sponsors who cannot all attend the same workshop.
What it solves
Requirements work that is structured, traceable, and ready for the client approval process.
01
Private partner-branded access
Stakeholders receive a private browser link using the partner-approved brand and project language. No Aimspace account or client dashboard is required.
02
Analyst-reviewed evidence
Aimspace reviews each response, follows up on material ambiguity or missing context, and creates structured stakeholder summaries and source-linked evidence.
03
Cross-stakeholder synthesis
Aimspace identifies consensus, disagreement, terminology conflicts, unsupported assumptions, missing perspectives, and decisions that require governance.
Process
From private interview links to traceable requirements.
01
Define coverage
Confirm the stakeholder roles, evidence topics, scope boundary, source documents, and information that must not be collected.
02
Launch interviews
The partner sends the private links through its normal client channel. Participants complete the structured interview asynchronously.
03
Review and follow up
Aimspace reviews every response and requests targeted clarification where an important answer is vague, incomplete, or contradictory.
04
Trace into requirements
Stakeholder evidence is summarized, reconciled, and linked to the requirements, business rules, risks, decisions, and approval-ready record.
Questions
Clear answers before you use the service.
Are the interviews live?
Usually no. The standard method is asynchronous. A live follow-up is used only when a material issue cannot be resolved through written clarification.
Does the service use an autonomous AI interviewer?
The standard launch service uses structured online interviews and senior analyst review. AI may assist internal analysis, but Aimspace remains accountable for follow-up, evidence quality, conflicts, traceability, and the final package.
Will the partner receive raw transcripts?
Structured summaries and source-linked evidence are included by default. Full raw transcripts are provided only when agreed, appropriate, and permitted by the engagement and privacy terms.
How many stakeholders are included?
The standard Sprint includes up to 15 completed stakeholder interviews. More stakeholders or a second stakeholder campaign are separate scope.
