Add a fixed-scope requirements service behind your implementation firm.
Your client sees your process and your brand. Aimspace handles the structured stakeholder discovery, requirements analysis, traceability, partner validation, and final requirements handoff behind your team.
Definition
White-label business analysis is an operating relationship, not a logo swap.
For firms that need a repeatable first requirements baseline.
The model fits AI, automation, data, low-code, platform, and internal-tool implementation firms that want one known price and one repeatable process for the first requirements baseline.
What it solves
Requirements work that is structured, traceable, and ready for the client approval process.
01
Protect the client relationship
The partner remains the visible service provider, controls client communication, and keeps the solution, implementation, and commercial terms.
02
Standardize the first baseline
Aimspace provides one fixed-scope path from stakeholder input to a reviewed requirements package.
03
Protect the handoff
The final package uses the approved partner brand and arrives partner-validated, source-linked, and ready for the partner-led client approval process.
Process
A managed requirements function behind your brand.
01
Partner buys and briefs
The partner purchases one fixed-scope Sprint, confirms the initiative boundary, and supplies the approved brand and source context.
02
Partner sends interviews
Aimspace prepares private structured online interviews. The partner sends the links through its normal client channel.
03
Aimspace produces
Aimspace reviews every response, follows up as needed, reconciles evidence, and builds the requirements baseline.
04
Partner validates and delivers
The partner provides one consolidated validation response, then receives the final files under its brand for end-client approval.
Questions
Clear answers before you use the service.
Will the client know Aimspace is involved?
Partner branding is the default. Aimspace is identified only when a contract, privacy notice, security process, data-access requirement, or transparency duty requires it.
Will Aimspace contact or sell to the client?
No independent solicitation is permitted. Any stakeholder follow-up uses the channels and permissions agreed with the partner.
Can the partner mark up the Sprint?
Yes. The partner may absorb, bundle, pass through, separately price, or mark up the Sprint. Aimspace is not involved in the partner client pricing decision.
Does the client need a dashboard?
No. Stakeholders use private browser links, and the partner receives the final package through the agreed delivery channel.
